Metal materials are generally controlled by foot or button for single or continuous cutting. When operating the shearing machine, pay attention to:

1. Before work, check if everything is normal, whether the electrical equipment is intact, and if the air intake system is unobstructed; clean the dirt and debris from special tools and measuring instruments. Place them around the table and cabinet.

2. There is no need for separate actual operation of the shearing machine; 2-3 people should handle feeding, specification control, and feeding coordination, with one person in unified command.

3. Adjust the blade gap of the shearing machine according to the required cutting thickness.Shearing machineIt is prohibited to cut two different specifications and materials of plates at the same time; non-stackable blades are not allowed. The shearing requirement is that the surface must be flat, and narrow plates that cannot be clamped are strictly prohibited from being cut.

5. The distance between the feeding finger on the shearing machine and the blade opening should be kept at least 200 millimeters, and the equipment should be clamped when leaving. Barriers installed on safety bolts should not obstruct the operator's eyes, nor should they see the cutting position.

6. Waste after work is sharp-edged, and operators should eliminate it immediately to avoid being stabbed or scratched.

7.Shearing machineThe water pump flywheel, drive gears, shafts, belts, and other fitness activities need to have protective covers set up.

8. Place guardrails to prevent operators' hands from entering the area where the blades may fall. It is prohibited to pick up waste from the ground during work to avoid injury from falling products and workpieces.

9. Cutting of quenched raw materials is not allowed, and cutting of materials beyond the professional capacity of the shearing machine is not allowed.
